Welcome Amanda Beemer, the newest member of the VitalSight Team!

Q. What is your official title at OMRON
A. New Business Manager

Q. What experience/skills do you bring to the role?
A. I have worked in medical sales for over 18 years. In that time, I have found that I am more of a relationship builder and consultative sales type person. With a love of helping drive doctors and organizations to profitability, I have found that there is so much that can be offered to help patient care while staying compliant.

Q. What is one of your favorite hobbies?
A. Sweating…. Working out, biking with the family, going for walks/jogs, playing with puppies. Anything that gets the heart rate up.

Q. What’s your favorite TV show or movie?
A. My favorite movie is The Wizard of Oz. I used to enter into a room with people, click my heals and turn to my dog to say “I don’t think we are in Kansas anymore” . . . I may or may not still do this now.

Q. What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?
A. Life and work is not cookie cutter. There is not one answer to a problem but a plethora of solutions.

VitalSight RPM Team Attends ACC21!

This month, the VitalSight team attended the American College of Cardiology’s annual educational conference to promote the new service and underscore the importance of remote patient monitoring in at-risk cardiac patients. Although the conference was 100% virtual this year, thousands of cardiologists, researchers and companies dedicated to heart health innovation attended the four-day event to learn, collaborate and network.

This year, the VitalSight team is scheduled to attend a variety of health tech conferences to drive business growth and encourage public discourse on the future of RPM for cardiac care, staying true to OMRON’s Going for Zero mission of eliminating heart attacks and strokes.
