Athlete mode for people who train intensely
Athlete mode is designed for individuals who train frequently and for long durations, such as professional athletes or highly active sports participants, who typically have higher muscle mass relative to their BMI. When selected during setup, the algorithm uses athlete-specific reference values, resulting in a lower estimated body fat percentage and a higher skeletal muscle percentage compared to the standard mode.

Using full-body measurement and advanced segmental analysis, VIVA 360+ provides insight into specific body areas, helping you see where change is happening. In addition to established body-composition measurements, it includes body water percentage, bone mass, and fat-free mass. Together, these measurements can provide useful context as you work toward healthy-aging, weight-management or fitness goals.
Measurements are fast and straightforward. Hold the integrated handle, stand on the scale, and receive results in approximately 15 seconds. The central TFT display, large results layout, and intuitive touch controls are designed to make your measuring experience easy to navigate and understand. When synced with the OMRON Connect app, your measurements can be viewed as values and graphs, helping you recognize trends and stay engaged with your progress.
